We need several thousand PLN to drill a deep well at Vihara Pod Lasem – a newly established hermitage for Buddhist monks and nuns of the forest tradition.

Renovation and adaptation of the Vihara for everyday functioning is currently underway. Ajahn Kondanyo, Patryk (Anagarika) and Kamil are actively participating in the works. Unfortunately, it has turned out that the existing well cannot be used, as we had made several unsuccessfull attempts to pump up the water and clean it. Without the stable access to the water we are unable to ensure the basic conditions for life and practice there.

That’s why we kindly ask you to support us in financing the drilling of a new, deep well that will provide the hermitage with a lasting supply of clean water.

Every single contribution gets us closer to the point in time, when the hermitage can fully operate and fulfill its purpose of serving all living beings.
